Service Standards: Lavender & Lemon provides detailed oriented luxury home Care services.Services are focused on cleaning, not organizing. We do not rush services-quality is our priority.

First time clean policy:All first-time clients must book a Deep Refresh Clean.This allows us to properly maintain your home moving forward

Pets: pets must be secured or friendly. We are not responsible for pets that escape during service.

Scheduling & Access: Client must provide clear access at scheduled time. Missed access may result in a lock-out fee. We do not wait longer than 15 minutes past arrival time

Products & Supplies: We provide professional-grade supplies.Eco-conscious products available upon request.Clients may request use of their own products (not responsible for results)

Payment Policy:Payment is due before or immediately after service.Membership clients are auto-billed.No cash payments accepted

Cancellations: To cancel your cleaning appointment, a 48 hour notice is required.Late cancellations are subjected to a 50% service fee and same day cancellations are charged 100% .Please contact our Office as soon as possible. Please provide your name, address, and the date and time of your scheduled appointment when requesting a cancellation or rescheduling.
